Abstract
Gallbladder agenesis is a rare congenital anomaly. A retrospective autopsy study reported prevalence of 0.03%, most often associated with other malformations. Only 23% of patients present with hepatic colic. The usual radiological assessment rarely mentions this diagnosis, instead interpreting the images observed as a sclero-atrophic vesicle. This results in unnecessary and potentially dangerous surgical treatment. It is therefore important to think about this diagnosis
