Operation of the Scientific and Editorial Committee

Working Mechanism of the Scientific and Editorial Committees:

The Scientific Review Committee of the Anthropology of Religions Journal: This is an international committee composed of contributing editors and reviewers affiliated with Algerian and foreign universities.

The Scientific Review Committee adopts a call for review for articles based on a proposal from the journal's editor-in-chief. Its members are asked to provide their opinions on the article during the first reading, each according to their expertise.

For each anonymous article, two expert opinions are required. Each expert completes an evaluation form on the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP), which is then sent by the editor-in-chief to the author anonymously. If the two experts raise observations that necessitate revision of the article, it is resubmitted to them for final review after the author makes the necessary changes. If the two experts disagree, a third expert is consulted, and the final opinion is the majority opinion.

The Editorial Committee of the Anthropology of Religions Journal: This committee is exclusively responsible for proofreading and formatting articles written in the publication languages (Arabic, French, and English).

Authors are requested to register with ASJP (Algerian Scientific Journals Platform) before submitting, or they can log in if they are already registered.
