عليم العالي هو نظام قائم على المعرفة وإدارة الكفاءات يتضمن عدة مكونات لتمكين المعرفة والدراية والمهارات الشخصية. الهدف من هذه الورقة هو تقديم نموذج SECI (التنشئة الاجتماعية ، الاستبعاد ، التوليف ، الداخلي) الذي يعتبر النموذج الأكثر شهرة لإدارة المعرفة. يتكون هذا النموذج من عرض وتحويل الجانب الخفي من الكفاءات (ضمني) إلى الجانب المرئي (صريح) والعكس صحيح. علاوة على ذلك ، ستسعى الورقة إلى تطبيقها على نظام التعليم العالي الجزائري من منظور الجودة. لذلك ، تحتاج مؤسسات التعليم العالي إلى إنشاء نظام تقييم لكفاءة محاضريها. سيكون النظام بمثابة معيار في مراقبة كفاءتهم.
