Abstract

This study aims at demonstrating the impact of strategic management on
building an intelligent organization, with ENIE as study case. In order to achieve this, a
descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted, which represents the target
population including all frames in this enterprise. A questionnaire has been
administered to them. The analysis of the data collected was based on descriptive
statistics and inferential methods using the SPSS software. The study was concluded
with several findings, the most important of which was the existence of the impact of a
statistically significant strategic management on the level of building an intelligent
organization in the ENIE
