THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN ALMARAI SAUDI COMPANY TO ACHIEVE COMPETITIVE SUPERIORITY

This study aimed to identify the extent to which Almarai Saudi Company owns the elements of confidence that enable it to achieve competitive superiority, where the study focused on the availability of three basic elements of trust, which are good intentions, honesty and ability. Depending on the most important reports issued by Almarai as well as the company's website, the study concluded that Almarai Company was able, through its strategies and capabilities, to possess the main causes of trust (good intentions - trust - ability) among all interested parties.
