This research paper aimed to know the rôlet of the waste stock exchange in achieving a circular economy and to review of the experience of the industrial waste exchange of the National Waste Agency, by trying to develop a theoretical framework for the concept of the waste exchange and thecircular economy, These concepts take into account the environmental aspect in particular, and theeconomic and social aspect. The two researchers relied on the descriptive and analytical approach toachieve the goal of the study. The study found that the waste exchange is an intermediary that aims to facilitate communication between industrial companies and those involved in the process of re-exploitation of waste,It alsoallows placing demander and supply advertisements for valuable waste, And open the way for industrialists and investors to discover new opportunities and find new partners Keywords: Circular Economy, Waste Stock Exchange, Waste Recyclage, National Waste Agency.
