Abstract

Because of the technological development witnessed in the world, banks have moved quickly from traditional banking services to modern electronic banking services. This study aimed to identify the role of electronic banking in achieving the competitive advantage of Algerian commercial banks. The study community represented the clients of the Local Development Bank-Agency Tlemcen - The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, as a sample of 30 clients from the bank's customers was analyzed using percentages. Among the most important findings of the study is that there is a relationship between electronic banking and competitive advantage, that is, the application of electronic banking by commercial banks contributes to its achievement of competitive advantage.
