Abstract

This contribution aims to verify the impact of access to training on the development of female entrepreneurship in Algeria . And it proposes training as a solution to resolve the lack of entrepreneurial know-how and managerial skills among women entrepreneurs. The main findings reveal that most of the interviewed suffer from a lack of management experience, and from difficulties in accessing continuing education. Also they affirm that the graduates of the university; or even the vocational training institutes which they have hired; have only a theoretical knowledge. The survey was conducted in 2017 in the west of Algeria , among 30 companies created and managed by women
