L'adoption Des Systèmes Du E-banking Dans Les Pays En Vois De Développement Analyse Du Cas Algérien à La Lumiere Des Résultats Obtenus Dans D'autres Pays

Basés sur des TIC, l’e-bancking représente aujourd'hui l'une des clés principales de la compétitivité et de la performance des banques à travers le monde. Les solutions d'e-banking présente- en effet - de précieuses opportunités pour l’accroissement de la productivité, la réduction des coûts et l’amélioration de la qualité des services accordés aux clients. En dépit de ces différents avantages, le niveau d’adoption des solutions e-banking diffère largement d’une banque à l’autre et d’un pays à l'autre. Dans différentes régions du monde, plusieurs recherches ont tenté d'identifier les facteurs pouvant justifier ces divergences. Grosso-modo, la synthèse de ces travaux fait ressortir trois types distincts de facteurs influençant l’adoption du e-banking : les facteurs technologiques tels que les coûts et profits perçues, les facteurs organisationnels tels que le support du top-management et les ressources disponibles ; et les facteurs environnementaux tels que les pressions compétitives et le cadre législatif. A travers ce papier, et à la lumière des résultats des travaux antérieurs, nous tentons d’analyser les facteurs influençant l'adoption du e-banking en Algérie. Nous tentons aussi, d’identifier les facteurs spécifiques à l'Algérie et qui la caractérise des autres pays à travers le monde. Mots clé
