إن توفر الجزائر على ثروة هامة من الموارد الطبيعية ممثلة خاصة في البترول و الغاز الطبيعي ساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تكوين هيكلة الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث أن هدا الارتباط بعائدات قطاع المحروقات يمثل من جهة أهم مصدر للتدفقات العملات الأجنبية، و من جهة أخرى يترتب على هدا الارتباط تأثيرات مهمة على المتغيرات الاقتصادية للبلد.و في هده الورقة البحثية توصلنا إلى وجود ارتباط في المدى الطويل بين كل من النفقات العامة و سعر البترول، و النفقات العامة و الناتج الداخلي الخام و هدا ا يدعم فرضية دورية السياسة المالية في الجزائر، التي أهم ما يميزها في الجزائر هو دلك الارتباط بين الميزانية و المداخيل المتأتية من قطاع المحروقات، و هدا يدعم دورية سياسة الإنفاق العام في الجزائر.
