BEHAVIORAL FINANCE : WHAT JUSTIFICATIONS ?

Economic theory is based on the postulate that economic agents (companies and individuals) behave rationally. However, observation of the facts shows us that these agents sometimes make decisions that standard economic theory cannot explain. This is the case with financial decisions that are not always rational. Behavioral finance attempts to regulate this type of behavior by questioning standard finance. We are aware that this new financial theory remains unfinished. It is still under construction. It should be noted that this financial current has not yet formed into a real unified theory, but it is still possible to discuss this current from the first research in this field. In this work, we start from the idea that this current is based on three arguments that we try to present: The first is sociological, the second is historical, as for the third, it is methodological.

The objective of this paper is to draw up an inventory of the practices of the Social and Solidarity Economy in Algeria. The aim here is to find conclusive answers to the problem of the dynamics of the Social and Solidarity Economy which is supposed to offer the Algerian economy a new breath and new alternatives to respond to the economic, social and environmental transformations, to which our companies are faced today. To achieve this, the methodology followed consists of a qualitative analysis work based on a literature review relating to the aspects mobilized within the framework of our study. As well as, on the exploitation of the results of studies that have already dealt with the subject in question in the Algerian context.

This research paper aims to shed light on the new tripartite of green innovation, green economy and small and medium
enterprises, and the role that this tripartite plays in diversifying economic activity and its effects on achieving sustainable
development, especially in light of developments in international economic relations based on finding outlets and solutions to
the problem of sustainable development and economic growth. This approach was dropped on the case of Algeria. The results
of the research paper showed the important role that this tripartite plays for Algeria in relying on economic diversification to
find proceeds away from petroleum levy in light of the falling oil and gas prices in international markets in side, and the high
cost of their production on the other side. The results of the research paper also found that the SME sector is the best sector to
rely on in order to achieve the desired economic diversification to solve the dilemma of sustainable development

يكمن دور الاقتصاد التضامني في التقليص من التجاوزات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية مقارنة بين الدول في ما بينها وإبراز الاختلافات القائمة بين تجارب الاقتصاد الاجتماعي بحسب البلدان. ولذا لا يمكن الحديث عن تعريف نهائي أو شامل عن الاقتصاد التضامني بحيث أن هذا النوع من الاقتصاد تطورت حدوده وذلك تبعا لحاجات الأفراد في مجال الشغل وحسن العيش والحماية من الأخطار، ...إلخ، الناشئة عن تحولات النظام السوسيو- اقتصادي. وعلاوة على هذا، فإن الاقتصاد التضامني المتضمن للتعاونيات والتعاضديات والجمعيات عرف اليوم تطورا موسعا وذلك بظهور خدمات القرب والتضامن من أجل مواجهة الإقصاء والتهميش. أمّا على مستوى مكوناته، يعتبر بمثابة المكوّن الجمعوي داخل الاقتصاد الاجتماعي. في حين،في ما يخص تدخله في شتى المجالات ، فهناك حقلان أساسيان يتميز بهما الاقتصاد الاجتماعي وبحضور قوي وهما: حقل المبادرات الهادفة إلى الإدماج السوسيو- مهني للأشخاص دوي التأهيل الضعيف الذين أقصوا من سوق الشغل وكذلك حقل ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻘﺮب، اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔسه، ﻓﻀﺎءً ﻣﻔﻀﻼً ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ الاﺳﺘﺠﺎﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﺤﺎﺟﺎت الاﺟﺘﻤﺎعية اﻟﻤﺘﺠﺪدة، وﻛﻤﻨﺠﻢ مهمّ للتشغيل.

The effectiveness of the pricing policy applied to water and purification services in Algeria

In the context of water scarcity, water pricing is an economic tool that can contribute positively to the management of water demand. Establishing an effective and fair pricing policy can affect the quantities of water used and consumed and reduce waste and misuse. The water pricing system in Algeria has known several policies, which change with the change of governments or laws, where it has risen significantly from a standard one to a regional one for the pricing of drinking water, as well as the water used for agriculture, but these prices remained ineffective and unable to cover the total costs of production. Determinants of the minimum wage in Algeria -an econometric analytical study for the period (1980-2015).

This study aims to demonstrate the relationship between the basic wage (SMIG) in Algeria and these determinants precisely in the period (1980-2015), and for that we went through everything concerning the SMIG through these determinants , the second step was to make a comparison between previous studies where the base salary is the common point and draw the results to make the comparison with our current study, the third step was a study on the development of SMIG and these determinants in the same period, then we tried to determine the existing long-term relationship between SMIG, the inflation rate, the unemployment rate and the GDP using the JOHANSEN model, we have ended up concluding that there is indeed an inverse relationship between the rate of inflation and the SMIG unlike the unemployment rate and the GDP seen that the relationship is rather positive and direct, which gets along with the economic theory and the various previous studies.
