TThe phenomenon of minorities, which is one of the dominant national groups, and different from the majority in terms, religion or language or culture, has taken on particular importance by many researchers since the end of the Second World War . where it became considered the phenomenon of factors threaten the integrity and stability of states. Turkey has been weakened by a Kurdish conflict that accompanied its founding in the twentieth century past, creating problems between them, and between the Turkish political system.
