Abstract

Algerian diplomacy has been increasingly active in recent times in view of the changing political, economic and even security realities that have forced Algeria to adopt a soft approach that simulates its principles of foreign policy and its geographical, historical and even ideological determinants; Given its rapid spread and expansion, the brunette continent faces development crises and security threats Known for the African region in general, the Sahelo-Saharan region in particular, is a clear inflection of development crises (identity, integration, legitimacy... the absence of State institutions as well as inter-tribal and even inter-tribal conflicts with the State in a way that alerts the total collapse of the State, and that the region is classified as a grey area as a result of the increasing mobility of terrorist groups and, above all, organized crime; Illegal immigration, arms trade, drug trade... For all this; Algerian diplomacy seeks to address security problems known to the region proactively through peaceful solutions and good offices; In a first step, to open dialogue between the parties, to strengthen regional cooperation among the States of the region and to avoid all forms of military intervention.
