Economic integration is one of the most striking features of the contemporary international community, because it is one of the most appropriate methods for building cooperative international economic relations within a regional or trans-regional framework. States have tended to build peaceful interactions, especially within their economic framework, as a new strategy to build their external relations for their national interests. From the attention given to economic integration by the countries in the practical division, this integration remains a matter of difference at the level of conceptual and theoretical construction, which this study attempts to clarify by addressing this concept
