La pedagogía basada en proyectos: ¿Un enfoque para potenciar el aprendizaje del estudiante?

Pedagogy Based on Projects: An Approach to Enhance Student Learning?

Abstract

Through this study, we try to make a theoretical approach on Project Pedagogy or project-based learning; as a teaching-learning approach. Its main objective is to reflect and analyze the abilities and skills of our students. To this end, through the descriptive-explanatory method, we have carried out a reflective documentary exploration with the intention of investigating and demonstrating the relevance of the topic in the field of Algerian higher education. In turn, teaching students to research and how to project their ideas is a challenge, even more so in university apprentices. In this article, the bibliographic review was carried out in electronic databases and indexed scientific journals, concentrating on the definition of this approach according to different authors, and on the other hand, we examine the different competences and skills that students acquire through project pedagogy. Without forgetting to analyze the role of both the teacher and the university apprentice in the classroom.   

Resumen:

A través de este estudio, tratamos de realizar una aproximación teórica sobre la Pedagogía por Proyectos o el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, tanto como un enfoque de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Su objetivo principal consiste en reflexionar y analizar las capacidades y destrezas en nuestros estudiantes. Para ello, mediante el método descriptivo-explicativo, hemos realizado una exploración documental reflexiva con la intención de indagar y demostrar la relevancia del tema en el ámbito de la enseñanza superior argelina. A su vez, enseñar a los estudiantes a investigar y cómo proyectar sus ideas, es todo un desafío, más aún en aprendices universitarios. En este artículo, se  efectuó  la  revisión bibliográfica  en  bases  de  datos electrónicas y revistas  científicas indexadas, concentrándonos por una parte, en la definición de este enfoque según diferentes autores, y por otra parte, examinamos las diferentes competencias y destrezas que adquieren los estudiantes mediante la pedagogía por proyectos. Sin olvidar de analizar el papel que desempeñan tanto el profesor como el aprendiz universitario en el aula.
