The journal is dedicated to publishing original and in-depth research and studies in Strategic Studies and Political Science, with a specific focus on the following key themes:

Quality and Integrity
The journal adopts a strict Double-Blind Peer Review system to ensure the objectivity and scientific integrity of the publication process. It accepts submissions in Arabic, English, and French.

The Journal is published by the Laboratory of Strategic Studies and Political Research, Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law and Political Science – University of Abou Bakr Belkaid Tlemcen (Algeria).
Current Issue
Today, political, economic, and technological developments can no longer be examined in isolation. Rather, they constitute an interconnected system that requires researchers and decision-makers to adopt more comprehensive and innovative perspectives. It is within this context that the present issue brings together a collection of scholarly studies addressing contemporary strategic challenges through rigorous scientific analysis that combines theoretical reflection with forward-looking approaches.
The production of strategic knowledge has become a responsibility that extends beyond documentation and analysis. It contributes to the formulation of public policies, strengthens the capacity to anticipate future developments, and provides practical alternatives for addressing an international and regional environment characterized by increasing uncertainty. Guided by this vision, the present issue highlights topics related to national security, geopolitical transformations, emerging technologies, governance, and sustainable development, reflecting both the diversity and complementarity of current research interests.
