Abstract
This paper examines the morphosyntactic behavior of the segments inserted in mixed statements resulting from the simultaneous use of Moroccan Arabic and French in contact in Moroccan context. It is moreover known that the contact of the two languages in the same statement generates a conflict of order between, on the one hand, the matrix language (mother tongue of the speaker) which prescribes its morphosyntactic constraints to enshrined constituents, and on the other, the enshrined language (foreign language of a functional order) which attempts to preserve its morphosyntactic framework within the mixed statement.
