The globalization of the economy and international business developmenl raises the question of the management of cultural differences within organizations, whether internal projects (multicultural teams) or relationships from mergers, acquisitions or strategie alliances (intergroup relations). There is therefore the need to include cultural diversity in a coherent and structured to enable a convergence of actions. lntercultural management arises therefore as an act essential to recognize and value the benefits of diversity.
