Poverty and health-what politics of struggle for equity

Economic difficulties and the development of policies to control social spending are today leading to growing inequity in health services. Our objective through this paper is to contribute to the reflection on the reorganization of the national health system as one of the strategies to fight against poverty, knowing that poverty and health constitute a vicious circle, in the sense that poverty has a negative influence on the health, and that poor health contributes to increased poverty.
