Through this study, we will try to develop a serious Algerian economic policy to improve the chances of positive, rapid - not hasty - integration into the global economic locomotive heading towards the knowledge economy, based on a clear problem revolving around an important central question: What is the most appropriate economic policy for integrating Algeria into the knowledge economy? .
