The problem of applying the flexible production system in the Algerian industrial enterprise

The ambition of most Algerian industrial companies is to apply a better managerial approach in the production field, instead of applied methods that have failed for decades. The Lean manufacturing system remains one of the most important current approaches as confirmed by recent research taking into account the requirements, methods, techniques, which are important success factors. Our study attempts to determine if certain Lean Manufacturing requirements are used in Algerian industrial companies in order to identify the various constraints that prevent its application.
