Abstract

The frequent exposure to crises, psychological pressures and life difficulties that have burdened the individual led to the emergence of several disorders, despite the development of preventive and curative medicine, a group of organic diseases, including skin diseases, spread, and this is due to changes that occur to the psyche of the individual from the situations surrounding him. The clinical practice of the Department of Dermatology allowed us to notice a correlation between various skin diseases and many psychological factors, Through this intervention, we will try to address the role of the clinical psychologist in detecting psychosomatic disorders, and identifying the psychological and behavioral causes and repercussions of skin diseases, along with presenting the most important strategies for care and psychotherapy.
