Objectif : This article aims to reveal the main obstacles to psychological practice in the public health units according to their importance
Method : To reach this purpose, we have relied on the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for the subject of the study. It was also relied on a sample of 30 male and female specialists, to whom we applied the professional practice obstacles questionnaire designed by us.
Result: The results of the study showed that the most obstacles are the physical ones, and we also found that there are no differences in the obstacles to psychological practice according to gender
Conclusuion: After identifying the obstacles to psychological practice for psychologists, we propose providing them with an office equipped with all the necessary tools and resources to ensure the smooth delivery of psychological care and therapeutic assistance to clients. We also emphasize the importance of field training during university studies, including practice and mastery of psychological assessments and tests.
